Very nice
My booking was cancelled the day before due to maintenance works in the hotel. However when I arrived in person, they actually gave me a single room instead of the suite I had booked originally. WiFi is good, but doesn't reach everywhere. TV is too far from the bed.
Clean, spacious room in great location in Concepcion.
